Returns & Exchanges

Customized & Made-to-Order Items: Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not available unless the product is delivered damaged or incorrect.
Non-Customized Items: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 2 days of delivery. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Proof Required: A package opening video is mandatory for approval in case of damaged or incorrect items.
