Shipping policy

At Rare Owl, we aim to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of your orders. Please review our shipping policy below:

1. Shipping Timelines

Non-Customized and Ready-to-Ship Items:

• Shipped within 24 to 48 hours of order placement, subject to availability.

Customized and Made-to-Order Items:

• Shipped within 2 to 4 days, depending on order demand and rush.

Handmade Products:

• Dispatched within 5 to 7 days, depending on order demand and rush.

2. Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, the courier takes an estimated 2 to 10 days to deliver, depending on the delivery location.
Delivery times may vary due to natural circumstances or unexpected events such as:

• Floods, heavy rains, or other weather conditions.

• Curfews, political events, or other unforeseen disruptions.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

We strive to ensure smooth delivery for COD orders. However, in rare cases, courier partners may:

• Mark a fake delivery attempt or it might be true (e.g., “customer refused, not available, not reachable, etc.” when the delivery was not attempted).

• Request the customer to pick up the parcel from their office instead of home delivery in such cases for the smooth delivery.

In such situations:

• We will raise a complaint with the courier company on your behalf and try our best to ensure delivery.

• If the parcel is still returned to us, we can reship your order. However, the order may need to be converted from COD to Prepaid to ensure a hassle-free delivery in the next attempt.

• If you still wish to re-attempt shipping with COD, an additional ₹200 courier charge will apply for reshipment.

• We kindly request your co-operation and support in resolving such cases smoothly.

4. Order Tracking

A tracking link will be shared with you via Email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
You can use the link to monitor the status of your delivery.
