Cancellation Policy

At Rare Owl, we understand that plans can change. Please read our cancellation policy carefully to know your options:

1. Non-Customized and Ready-to-Ship Orders

• Cancellations are allowed within 1 day of order placement or before the order is shipped, whichever comes first.

2. Customized and Made-to-Order Items

• Cancellations are not allowed once the order is placed, as these items are crafted specifically for you.

• All customized and made-to-order products are specially crafted based on your request.
  Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled due to personal reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Realizing the item cannot be delivered by your preferred date

  • Any reason already addressed on the product page (including mentioned production timelines)

• We clearly mention the processing time, customization details, and dispatch timelines on each product page. Therefore, cancellations based on these reasons will not be accepted once the order is confirmed.

• If you still wish to cancel, the order amount (after deducting any payment gateway charges, if applicable) will be refunded as Store Credit only, which can be used for any future purchase with us.

• If you need to make changes to your customization, please contact us within 6 to 10 hours of placing the order.
  • While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee that modifications will be possible.
  • Approval depends on the manufacturing status of your order (whether it has been processed or not).

4. Refunds for Cancellations

• For prepaid orders that are successfully canceled, refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer.
• Refunds are not applicable to Cash on Delivery orders canceled after the shipping process has begun.
