Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 24-48 hours, while customized products Like Bags can take 2-4 days while Handmade items can take up to 5 to 7 Days to dispatch. Delivery times vary from 2-10 days depending on location. Tracking details are shared via Email or WhatsApp upon dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges
- Customized & Made-to-Order Items: Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not available unless the product is delivered damaged or incorrect.
- Non-Customized Items: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 2 days of delivery. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Proof Required: A package opening video is mandatory for approval in case of damaged or incorrect items.
- Reverse Pickup: ₹200 per item will be charged for reverse courier services.
