Returns & Exchanges

Customized & Made-to-Order Items: Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not available unless the product is delivered damaged or incorrect.

I would buy a 17 inch bag for 15 inch laptop

While the end to end size of bag is 15 inch, the little dent on the sides reduces the space available inside.Due to this, my 14 inch laptop seems crammed. Though there is a compartment for a bottle, due to this I can’t use the compartment well also. On the other hand, bag is pretty and I got tons of compliments for it. Unfortunate that the functionality challenge takes away the good comments.
